We maintain in house certified weld inspection capabilities in VT, MT and PT NDE methods for dye penetrant, magnetic particle, and visual inspection and have excellent vendor sources for NDE methods that require ultrasonic testing (UT) or radiographic testing (RT – or X-ray) of components or weldments. Our welding capabilities are unlimited in code thickness of material.
CorTru offers welding on any type of steel, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and titanium. CorTru can assist on any project from reading the prints, taking field measurements, cutting pieces and welding or bolting them together, drilling, bending, punching, plasma cutting. CorTru has maintained a certification with AISC (American Institute of Steel Construction) since 2000 as a Certified Steel Erector. Our capabilities include connection design, fabrication management, and erection sequencing, detailed lift plans of the project, and completing a safe erection of the steel with full quality control.
